information in connection with the website located at wapply.ai and the Wapply chatbot, lead management, and
appointment booking platform (collectively, the “Service”). This Policy applies to visitors to our website, customers
who register for the Service (“Customers”), and the end users who interact with a Customer’s chatbot through channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, email, or a website widget (“End Users”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.
When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number,
and login credentials. When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects payment card or bank details
necessary to process your subscription; Wapply does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.
Through the Service, Customers may collect and store information about their own leads and customers, including
names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment details, purchase interests, and the content of conversations with
the chatbot (“End User Data”). End User Data is provided and controlled by our Customers, who determine what
information is collected and how it is used. Wapply processes End User Data on behalf of Customers in order to
provide the Service.
If you connect the Service to third party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Google
Workspace, or Microsoft 365, we receive information from those platforms as permitted by your account settings and
the applicable platform’s authorization flow, such as lead form submissions, page messages, calendar availability, and
contact details, in order to provide the connected features.
We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service or visit our website, including IP address,
browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps, using cookies and similar tracking
technologies described in Section 6.

guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Service.

preferences, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and analyze how the Service is used, including tools such as
the Meta Pixel. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect the functionality

If you are an End User who has interacted with a chatbot operated by one of our Customers and you wish to exercise
privacy rights over your information, please contact that Customer directly, as they control what information is
collected and how it is used; Wapply will assist Customers in responding to such requests as required by applicable
law.
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information
from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate
consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
Wapply is based in the United States, and information we collect may be stored and processed in the United States or
other countries where our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we will implement appropriate
safeguards for cross border transfers of personal information.
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third party websites and services that are not owned or controlled
by Wapply. This Policy does not apply to those third party services, and we encourage you to review their privacy
